Procurement Manager
Key Responsibilities • Lead the overall procurement function, developing and executing strategic sourcing strategies to optimize operational costs. • Evaluate, select, and manage long-term relationships with local and overseas suppliers, conducting periodic performance evaluations on quality, delivery, and price competitiveness. • Negotiate commercial contracts, pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to maximize cost-efficiency without compromising quality. • Work closely with Production and Quality Assurance (QA) to procure food-grade raw ingredients and packaging materials compliant with food safety standards (HACCP/ISO/FSSC 22000). • Align purchasing schedules with factory production plans to ensure uninterrupted supply and prevent stock-outs of critical inputs. • Oversee spare parts, machinery components, and indirect materials (MRO) procurement to minimize factory downtime. • Manage overseas procurement procedures, shipment tracking, and customs clearance through Lae Port in full compliance with PNG Customs regulations, NAQIA guidelines, and import tariffs. • Coordinate directly with clearing agents and freight forwarders for timely delivery of containers to the factory site. • Develop and manage the department’s annual procurement budget while monitoring market trends, commodity prices, and FX movements (PGK vs. USD/AUD/SGD). • Lead, train, and supervise the procurement officer team, ensuring audit-ready documentation, purchase orders (POs), and invoice approvals while upholding company values (Ownership, Integrity, Humility, Passion).
Promotion & Events Coordinator
Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. CIPS accreditation is highly regarded. • 5+ years of relevant procurement or purchasing experience, preferably within FMCG, food manufacturing, or large-scale production environments. • Sound knowledge of import procedures, PNG Customs clearance, NAQIA requirements, and international shipping terms (Incoterms). • Proficiency in ERP systems (such as SAP, Pronto, or MYOB Advanced) and Microsoft Office/Excel.

Graphic Artist / Videographer
Key Responsibilities • Create high-quality graphics for marketing, social media, advertising and corporate communications. • Plan, film and edit professional video and photography content. • Operate professional cameras, lighting and audio equipment. • Edit using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and other Creative Cloud applications. • Develop creative concepts, storyboards and visual content. • Operate drones for aerial photography/videography where required and legally permitted. • Maintain organized project files and ensure all content meets company standards. • Support events, campaigns and promotional activities.

Draftsman – Architecture
Key Responsibilities • Preparing accurate and detailed architectural drawings, plans and designs using CAD software • Developing technical drawings from architectural designs, measurements and project requirements • Working closely with the PPSD Project Builder, architects, engineers, surveyors and other stakeholders • Producing 2D drawings, 3D models and detailed architectural documentation • Ensuring drawings comply with applicable building codes, safety regulations and relevant PNG legislation • Supporting project planning, design development and documentation • Maintaining accurate drawing records and revisions • Meeting project deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality

ASSISTANT HR MANAGER

Production Supervisor

Dog Handler
Key Responsibilities • Handling and controlling assigned dogs during patrols, inspections, and security operations • Providing daily care, feeding, grooming, and exercise to ensure the health and wellbeing of assigned dogs • Conducting routine obedience and training to maintain the dogs’ operational readiness • Monitoring the health and behaviour of the dogs and reporting any concerns promptly • Maintaining kennels, equipment, and training areas in a clean, safe, and hygienic condition • Assisting with access control, perimeter patrols, and incident response as required • Working closely with the Security team to detect, deter, and respond to security threats • Maintaining accurate records of dog health, training activities, incidents, and operational deployments • Ensuring compliance with workplace health, safety, animal welfare, and company security procedures • Assisting with the assessment, introduction, and ongoing training of the dogs as required

Facilities Electrician
Key Responsibilities • Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, equipment, lighting, control panels, and distribution systems • Conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance of electrical systems and equipment • Diagnosing electrical faults and carrying out timely repairs to minimize production downtime • Ensuring all electrical work complies with PNG electrical regulations, company policies, and safety standards • Responding promptly to electrical breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests • Reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals • Assisting with the installation and commissioning of new machinery and plant equipment • Maintaining accurate maintenance records, work orders, and inspection reports • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and energy efficiency • Working collaboratively with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth plant operations • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times

Instrumentation Technician
Key Responsibilities • Installing, maintaining, calibrating, and repairing industrial instrumentation and control systems • Troubleshooting faults in sensors, transmitters, PLCs, control valves, and automated process equipment • Performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and calibration of plant instrumentation • Diagnosing and rectifying electrical and instrumentation faults to minimize production downtime • Reading and interpreting electrical, instrumentation, and control system drawings and schematics • Assisting with commissioning, testing, and upgrading of plant equipment and automation systems • Maintaining accurate maintenance, calibration, and service records • Ensuring all instrumentation work complies with company safety standards and statutory regulations • Working closely with production and maintenance teams to improve plant reliability and efficiency • Participating in planned shutdowns and emergency maintenance activities as required

Packing Machine Operator
Key Responsibilities • Operating and monitoring packing machines to ensure efficient production and minimal downtime • Setting up packing equipment and adjusting machine settings as required for different products • Inspecting packaged products to ensure they meet quality specifications and company standards • Performing routine cleaning and basic maintenance of packing machines • Identifying and reporting machine faults or production issues to the Production Supervisor promptly • Ensuring accurate packaging, labelling, and coding of finished products • Maintaining production records and completing required documentation accurately • Following workplace health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times • Minimizing product waste and ensuring efficient use of packaging materials • Assisting with changeovers, production line setup, and other production-related duties as required

TRUCK DRIVER
Key Responsibilities • Safely transporting company products to customers and designated delivery locations • Providing daily pick-up and drop-off transportation for company employees as scheduled • Loading, securing, transporting, and unloading goods in accordance with company procedures • Conducting daily pre-start and post-trip vehicle inspections and reporting any defects promptly • Ensuring company vehicles are kept clean, roadworthy, and properly maintained • Ensuring all deliveries are completed accurately and within agreed timeframes • Adhering to all road traffic laws, company safety policies, and transport regulations • Maintaining professional and courteous communication with customers, employees, and internal departments

MERCHANDISER (4x)
Key Responsibilities • Arranging and maintaining product displays in retail outlets according to company standards • Ensuring shelves are fully stocked and products are correctly priced and labelled • Monitoring stock levels and reporting stock shortages or inventory issues • Rotating stock and ensuring products are displayed according to FIFO (First In, First Out) principles • Implementing promotional displays and marketing campaigns as directed • Building and maintaining positive relationships with store managers and retail staff • A valid visits within assigned territories • Collecting market intelligence and reporting competitor activities, pricing, and promotions • Ensuring company products are clean, visible, and presented attractively at all times • Assisting with product launches, merchandising projects, and sales initiatives • Preparing and submitting accurate merchandising reports on a timely basis • Maintaining company assets and promotional materials in good condition

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE OFFICER – LAE BASE
Key Responsibilities: • Processing supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner • Verifying invoices against purchase orders, delivery notes, and supporting documentation • Preparing and processing supplier payments in accordance with company procedures and payment schedules • Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies promptly • Maintaining accurate accounts payable records and filing systems • Monitoring outstanding payables and ensuring obligations are met within agreed credit terms • Assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable • Liaising with suppliers and internal departments regarding payment queries and account issues • Ensuring compliance with company policies, financial controls, and accounting standards • Assisting with audits by providing required documentation and supporting information

Machine Shop Supervisor
Key Responsibilities: • Supervising daily operations of the machine shop, including machining, fabrication, welding, and fitting activities • Planning, scheduling, and prioritizing workshop jobs in coordination with the Maintenance Manager • Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with engineering standards and specifications • Interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders to guide workshop activities • Overseeing maintenance, repair, and manufacturing of plant components, parts, and equipment • Ensuring proper use, calibration, and maintenance of machine tools and workshop equipment • Monitoring quality of workmanship and ensuring compliance with required tolerances and standards • Implementing and enforcing workplace safety procedures and good housekeeping practices • Supporting breakdown maintenance activities and emergency repairs when required • Training, mentoring, and supervising machine shop staff to build technical capability and performance

Process Mechanics

Electrician
