Key Responsibilities • Daily feeding, grooming, and general care of dogs • Cleaning and maintaining kennel facilities • Monitoring animal behaviour and reporting concerns • Assisting with exercise routines and basic training • Supporting the Kennel Supervisor in daily operations
Requirements & Qualifications • Proven experience in animal care, kennel management, or related field • Strong leadership and team management skills • Good record-keeping and organizational abilities • Physically fit and comfortable working with animals • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
Kennel Master
Positions are strictly Lae-based applicants only
Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily kennel operations and staff supervision • Ensure proper feeding, hygiene, and care of dogs • Maintain cleanliness and health standards of kennel facilities • Monitor animal health and coordinate veterinary care when required • Manage records, schedules, and supplies • Ensure safety and security of kennel premises
Requirements & Qualifications • Proven experience in animal care, kennel management, or related field • Strong leadership and team management skills • Good record-keeping and organizational abilities • Physically fit and comfortable working with animals • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
Auto Heavy & Light Mechanic
Key Responsibilities • Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on heavy and light vehicles. • Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults accurately. • Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime. • Repair engines, transmissions, braking systems, steering systems, and suspension components. • Maintain service records and report on vehicle conditions. • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies. • Assist in maintaining workshop cleanliness and organization.
Requirements & Qualifications • Trade Certificate in Automotive/Heavy Equipment Mechanics or equivalent qualification. • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience working with heavy and light vehicles. • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. • Knowledge of diesel and petrol engines. • Ability to work independently and within a team. • Good communication skills. • Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious. • Must be based in Lae or willing to relocate at own cost.
Fitter Machinist (3 Positions)
Key Responsibilities: • Carry out maintenance, repair and overhaul of production machinery and equipment • Diagnose mechanical faults and perform corrective actions • Fabricate, assemble, install and align mechanical components • Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime • Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards
Requirements: •Trade qualification in Fitting & Machining or equivalent •Minimum 3 years’ experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment •Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals •Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail •Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
Sales Analyst
Job Description: •Analyse sales performance, market trends, and customer data to support strategic decisions •Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts •Monitor product performance and distribution efficiency •Work closely with the Sales Manager to identify growth opportunities •Support development of sales strategies and promotional plans Education & Requirements: •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field •Strong analytical and reporting skills •Proficiency in Excel and data-analysis tools •Experience in FMCG sales analytics is an advantage •High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Sales Representative – Buka Based
Job Description: •Manage sales activities and product distribution within Buka and surrounding areas •Develop strong relationships with customers, retailers, and distributors •Ensure visibility, availability, and demand generation for company products •Achieve monthly sales targets and provide market intelligence •Conduct merchandising and promotional activities Education & Requirements: •Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business •Prior experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG •Valid driver’s license is an advantage •Excellent communication and negotiation skills •Must be based in or willing to relocate to Buka
