Key Responsibilities: • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move materials • Ensure accurate handling and storage of raw materials and finished goods • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment • Carry out daily equipment checks and report faults promptly • Comply with company safety policies and procedures • Support warehouse and distribution operations as required
Requirements: • Valid forklift operator license/certification • Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment • Good understanding of workplace health and safety standards • Physically fit and able to work shifts if required • Reliable, disciplined, and a team player
Electrician (2 Positions)
Requirements: • Trade qualification as an Electrician (Electrical Fitter/Mechanic or equivalent) • Minimum 3 years’ industrial electrical experience • Experience with motors, control systems and industrial machinery • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Key Responsibilities: • Install, maintain and repair electrical systems and equipment • Troubleshoot electrical faults in production and auxiliary equipment • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities • Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations • Support continuous improvement of plant reliability and efficiency
Fitter Machinist (3 Positions)
Key Responsibilities: • Carry out maintenance, repair and overhaul of production machinery and equipment • Diagnose mechanical faults and perform corrective actions • Fabricate, assemble, install and align mechanical components • Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime • Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards
Requirements: •Trade qualification in Fitting & Machining or equivalent •Minimum 3 years’ experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment •Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals •Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail •Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
Customer Service Officer
Job Description: •Respond to customer enquiries, complaints, and product feedback in a timely and professional manner •Maintain customer records and manage communication channels (phone, email, walk-in clients) •Provide product information and support to internal and external customers •Liaise with sales and distribution teams to resolve customer issues •Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes Education & Requirements: •Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field •Minimum 1–2 years experience in customer service or client relations •Strong communication and interpersonal skills •Ability to multitask and handle pressure •Good computer skills (MS Office)

Security & Kennel Supervisor
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Security & Kennel Supervisor to join our team in Lae Morobe, PNG. This pivotal role will report directly to the HR Manager and will be a key player in maintaining our highest standards of Safety and Security of Lae Biscuit Operations. •Develop, implement and maintain security policies and procedures to safeguard company assets and personnel. •Supervise and coordinate contractors' security staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management. •Conduct regular security assessments and risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities and implement appropriate mitigation measures. •Monitor surveillance systems, including GPS Tracking CCTV cameras, to detect and deter security breaches. •Implementing overall Physical Asset Security Management protocols and maintain security controls. •Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, taking appropriate action to minimize risk and ensure the safety of all individuals involved. •Collaborate with other departments, such as safety, facilities management and logistics, to address security-related concerns and implement integrated security solutions. •Maintain accurate records of security incidents, investigations, and activities, and prepare reports as required. •Stay informed about current security trends, threats, and technologies, and recommend updates to security measures as needed. •Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to security operations. •Foster a culture of security awareness and accountability among all employees, promoting a safe and secure work environment. •Overseeing daily kennel operations, ensuring high standards of animal welfare and facility sanitation, and managing staff, often within a security-focused environment. The security aspect may involve managing security dogs and adhering to specific security protocols. •To be considered, you must possess following qualifications, skills and experiences. •Experience in security management, K9, criminal justice, or a related field preferred. •Proven experience in security operations, preferably in a Food manufacturing, or Extractive Industries or similar industry. •Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to effectively manage security teams. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization. •Knowledge of security technologies, including CCTV systems, GPS tracking, access control systems, and alarm systems. •Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to security operations. •Ability to work effectively under pressure and respond calmly and decisively to security incidents and emergencies. •Certification in security management or related fields preferred.
