ASSISTANT HR MANAGER

Key Responsibilities • Support the HR Manager in leading and strengthening the overall HRM function • Oversee day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary matters • Ensure compliance with PNG labour laws, company policies, and internal procedures • Assist in developing, implementing, and continuously improving HR policies, systems, and processes • Provide coaching and leadership to HR officers and line managers • Support training, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives • Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and a positive workplace culture

Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior HR supervisory or similar role • Strong working knowledge of core HRM responsibilities • Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion • Practical knowledge of Able HRIS/Able Payroll and HR data analytics • Solid understanding of PNG employment legislation • Must be Lae-based or willing to relocate

Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities • Supervising daily production activities to ensure production schedules and targets are achieved • Coordinating and monitoring production staff to maximize productivity and efficiency • Ensuring all products meet company quality standards and customer specifications • Monitoring production processes and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement • Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety policies, procedures, and standards • Managing employee attendance, performance, and daily work allocation • Providing coaching, training, and support to production team members • Monitoring the efficient use of raw materials, equipment, and other production resources to minimize waste • Reporting production performance, downtime, and operational issues to the Production Manager • Assisting in the implementation of production plans, process improvements, and cost-saving initiatives • Coordinating with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth production operations • Maintaining accurate production records and preparing daily production reports • Ensuring compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and manufacturing procedures

Qualifications • Diploma or Degree in Food Technology, or a related field • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop employees • Sound understanding of production processes, quality systems, and workplace safety requirement • Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to continuous improvement • A proactive, hands-on approach with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Packing Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities • Operating and monitoring packing machines to ensure efficient production and minimal downtime • Setting up packing equipment and adjusting machine settings as required for different products • Inspecting packaged products to ensure they meet quality specifications and company standards • Performing routine cleaning and basic maintenance of packing machines • Identifying and reporting machine faults or production issues to the Production Supervisor promptly • Ensuring accurate packaging, labelling, and coding of finished products • Maintaining production records and completing required documentation accurately • Following workplace health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times • Minimizing product waste and ensuring efficient use of packaging materials • Assisting with changeovers, production line setup, and other production-related duties as required

Qualifications • Minimum Grade 12 certificate; technical or vocational qualifications in manufacturing or engineering will be an advantage • Minimum 2+ years’ experience operating packing or production machinery in a manufacturing environment • Good mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and report equipment issues • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment • Good communication and teamwork skills • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and overtime when required • Strong commitment to workplace safety, hygiene, and company procedures • Reliable, punctual, and proactive with a positive attitude

TRUCK DRIVER

Key Responsibilities • Safely transporting company products to customers and designated delivery locations • Providing daily pick-up and drop-off transportation for company employees as scheduled • Loading, securing, transporting, and unloading goods in accordance with company procedures • Conducting daily pre-start and post-trip vehicle inspections and reporting any defects promptly • Ensuring company vehicles are kept clean, roadworthy, and properly maintained • Ensuring all deliveries are completed accurately and within agreed timeframes • Adhering to all road traffic laws, company safety policies, and transport regulations • Maintaining professional and courteous communication with customers, employees, and internal departments

Qualifications • Valid Class 4 Driver’s Licence (or appropriate heavy vehicle licence) • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience driving trucks in a commercial or industrial environment • Good knowledge of road safety regulations and defensive driving practices • Experience transporting goods and handling delivery documentation • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet delivery schedules • High level of reliability, integrity, and professionalism • Team-oriented with a proactive and positive work attitude

MERCHANDISER (4x)

Key Responsibilities • Arranging and maintaining product displays in retail outlets according to company standards • Ensuring shelves are fully stocked and products are correctly priced and labelled • Monitoring stock levels and reporting stock shortages or inventory issues • Rotating stock and ensuring products are displayed according to FIFO (First In, First Out) principles • Implementing promotional displays and marketing campaigns as directed • Building and maintaining positive relationships with store managers and retail staff • A valid visits within assigned territories • Collecting market intelligence and reporting competitor activities, pricing, and promotions • Ensuring company products are clean, visible, and presented attractively at all times • Assisting with product launches, merchandising projects, and sales initiatives • Preparing and submitting accurate merchandising reports on a timely basis • Maintaining company assets and promotional materials in good condition

Qualifications • Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification • Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Studies, or a related field will be an advantage • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in merchandising, sales, retail, or a similar role • Good understanding of merchandising principles and retail operations • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build positive relationships with customers and retail partners • Skills with attention to detail • Ability to work independently and manage assigned routes effectively • Physically fit and capable of handling merchandising activities, including lifting and arranging stock • lf-motivated with a positive attitude • Must be willing to travel within assigned areas as required • A valid Class 3 Driver’s License is desirable but not required.

PROMODISER – LAE BASE

Key Responsibilities: • Promoting company products in retail outlets, supermarkets, and trade locations • Ensuring products are well displayed, properly stocked, and attractively merchandised according to company standards • Monitoring product availability and reporting stock shortages or out-of-stock situations • Building and maintaining positive relationships with store managers, supervisors, and retail staff • Assisting in the execution of promotional campaigns, product launches, and marketing activities • Providing product information and recommendations to customers to encourage sales • Monitoring competitor activities, pricing, and promotions and reporting findings to management • Ensuring point-of-sale materials are correctly displayed and maintained • Collecting market feedback and customer insights to support sales and marketing strategies • Preparing regular activity reports and submitting them to the Brand & Activation Manager • Maintaining a professional company image at all times while representing the organization

Qualifications • Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification • Certificate or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Studies, or a related field will be an advantage • Minimum 2 years’ experience in merchandising, promotions, sales, or customer service roles • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Strong customer service orientation and ability to engage effectively with customers • Ability to work independently and manage multiple retail locations when required • Good organizational and reporting skills • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and promotional events when required • Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods and handling merchandising materials • A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a strong commitment to achieving sales targets

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE OFFICER – LAE BASE

Key Responsibilities: • Processing supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
 • Verifying invoices against purchase orders, delivery notes, and supporting documentation • Preparing and processing supplier payments in accordance with company procedures and payment schedules
 • Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies promptly
 • Maintaining accurate accounts payable records and filing systems
 • Monitoring outstanding payables and ensuring obligations are met within agreed credit terms
 • Assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable
 • Liaising with suppliers and internal departments regarding payment queries and account issues
 • Ensuring compliance with company policies, financial controls, and accounting standards
 • Assisting with audits by providing required documentation and supporting information

Qualifications • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Studies, or a related field
 • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in an Accounts Payable or similar accounting role
 • Sound understanding of accounts payable processes and financial controls
 • Strong numerical and analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
 • Experience using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
 • Ability to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies effectively
 • Good communication and interpersonal skills
 • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
 • High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling financial information
 • Team-oriented with a proactive and positive work attitude

Machine Shop Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: • Supervising daily operations of the machine shop, including machining, fabrication, welding, and fitting activities • Planning, scheduling, and prioritizing workshop jobs in coordination with the Maintenance Manager • Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with engineering standards and specifications • Interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders to guide workshop activities • Overseeing maintenance, repair, and manufacturing of plant components, parts, and equipment • Ensuring proper use, calibration, and maintenance of machine tools and workshop equipment • Monitoring quality of workmanship and ensuring compliance with required tolerances and standards • Implementing and enforcing workplace safety procedures and good housekeeping practices • Supporting breakdown maintenance activities and emergency repairs when required • Training, mentoring, and supervising machine shop staff to build technical capability and performance

Qualifications • Trade qualification in Fitting & Machining, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in machine shop, fabrication, or industrial maintenance environment and in a supervisory or leadership role. • Strong knowledge of machining processes, welding, fabrication, and mechanical fitting • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure • Good understanding of workplace health and safety standards in an industrial environment • Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills • Computer literacy for reporting, job tracking, and maintenance documentation • Physically fit and able to work in a demanding industrial environment

Packaging Mechanics

Key Responsibilities: • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair packaging machinery • Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime • Support continuous improvement initiatives in packaging efficiency • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements • Relevant trade qualification and certification • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar industrial/manufacturing environment • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and overtime when required

Process Mechanics

Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and service processing equipment • Identify and resolve mechanical issues impacting production • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance • Support production teams to achieve optimal plant performance

Requirements • Relevant trade qualification and certification • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar industrial/manufacturing environment • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and overtime when required

Electrician

Key Responsibilities: • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment • Diagnose faults and implement timely solutions • Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations • Assist in automation and control system improvements

Requirements • Relevant trade qualification and certification • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar industrial/manufacturing environment • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and overtime when required

HEAVY & LIGHT VEHICLE MECHANIC

Key Responsibilities • Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on heavy and light vehicles. • Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults accurately. • Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime. • Repair engines, transmissions, braking systems, steering systems, and suspension components. • Maintain service records and report on vehicle conditions. • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies. • Assist in maintaining workshop cleanliness and organization.

Requirements & Qualifications • Trade Certificate in Automotive/Heavy Equipment Mechanics or equivalent qualification. • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience working with heavy and light vehicles. • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. • Knowledge of diesel and petrol engines. • Ability to work independently and within a team. • Good communication skills. • Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious. • Must be based in Lae or willing to relocate at own cost.

Fitter Machinist (3 Positions)

Key Responsibilities: • Carry out maintenance, repair and overhaul of production machinery and equipment • Diagnose mechanical faults and perform corrective actions • Fabricate, assemble, install and align mechanical components • Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime • Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards

Requirements: •Trade qualification in Fitting & Machining or equivalent •Minimum 3 years’ experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment •Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals •Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail •Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
