Knowledge & Qualification Requirements - You must have vocational certification from a recognized institution. - You must have at least 6-8 years of working experience. - You must be an honest and reliable person. - Must be able to work and deliver even under pressure. - Ready to take initiatives and be a team player.

Container Controller Officer

1. Qualifications and Skills - Basic knowledge and/or experiences in the container controlling/shipping. - Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple container movements simultaneously. - Excellent communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders. - Attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and data entry. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Knowledge of customs regulations and procedures. 2. Responsibilities - Managing container bookings for incoming and outgoing shipments, coordinating delivery times with drivers and customers. - Monitoring container movements. - Liaising with drivers, shipping lines, customs brokers, warehouse staff, and customers to address any issues and coordinate container movements. - Maintaining accurate records of container inventory, including container numbers, status and location.

Line Production Supervisor - Biscuit Line

1. Requirements - Minimum Diploma qualification in Food Technology or equivalent preferred. - At least 5 years related experience required - Higher supervisor skill and experience in dealing with different attitudes of people. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Key Responsibilities - Monitor hourly line efficiency, product output and material wastage. - Ensure plant, equipment and staffing safety is maintained at all times. - Ensure product quality parameters are met during daily production. - Establishes priorities to ensure the production team works most efficiently.

Casual Panel Beater

- Minimum certificate level education - Proven experience as a Panel Beater or similar. - Excellent knowledge of vehicle repair techniques. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Be willing to learn and take instructions well if you do not have the required experience.

Fitter Machinist

- At least minimum certificate level education - Have trade qualification in Fitter Machinist - At least three (3) years experience in a similar role. - Ready to take initiatives with teamwork. - Able to work with minimum supervision.

Warehouse Truck Driver

- Minimum 3 years or more proven driving experience. - With Clean driving records. - Sober habits & good work ethics. - Ability to understand instructions and follow work orders. - With valid Class 4 & 6 Driver's Licences. - Willing to work on a shift schedule. - Must be residing in Lae

QC STAFF

- Must possess a certificate in any Applied Science or Food related course. - Physically fit and healthy to work. - Assertive and proactive. - Positive/ can do, can be attitude.

Software Manager

• Minimum 5 years experience on ERP Administration • Knowledge in SAP or other related ERP software is a PLUS • Minimum 5 years experience on webapp programming and Database Administration JOB DESCRIPTION •ERP Administration oMain Responsibility - Responsible for managing, supporting, and improving the company’s ERP system. -This role involves collaborating with different departments to ensure the ERP system aligns with the organization’s needs and operates efficiently. -Oversee troubleshooting, system updates, user training, and maintaining data accuracy within the system. oKey Responsibilities: -ERP System Management: - Administer, monitor, and maintain the ERP system, ensuring it is always operational and accessible. -Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings within the ERP system. -Oversee ERP system configurations and customizations to meet the specific needs of the business. oSupport and Troubleshooting: -Provide technical support to end-users, resolving ERP-related issues in a timely manner. -Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems with the ERP system, escalating issues to vendors or developers when necessary. oSystem Updates and Maintenance: -Coordinate and manage ERP system upgrades, patches, and maintenance tasks. -Ensure compatibility and integration of the ERP system with other business applications. oData Integrity and Reporting: -Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the ERP system. -Develop and generate reports as required by departments and management. -Conduct regular data audits and implement data validation procedures. oUser Training and Documentation: -Provide training and support to ERP users across the organization. -Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of ERP processes, configurations, and procedures. oProcess Improvement: -Work with business units to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency of the ERP system. •Website Administration oDevelop and maintain LBC website -Update the careers page to be more interactive with aspiring applicants -Update contents; product catalogue, news -Possible implementation of B2B •Develop Custom Software oDesign and create software applications tailored to the company's requirements, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with existing systems. oMaintain Existing Programs. -Regularly update and improve existing software to ensure it remains effective, secure, and compatible with other technologies. -Provide Technical Support -Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, offering support to users and ensuring smooth operation. -Gather and Document Requirements: -Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and document these requirements to guide software development. -Ensure Quality -Test software to identify and fix issues, ensuring high performance and reliability. -Improve Functionality -Collect and act on user feedback to enhance software performance and user experience. -Create Training Materials -Develop and provide training materials to help users effectively utilize the software, and maintain detailed documentation of software features and updates.
