The Maintenance Planner
Key Responsibilities: • Identify training needs through job analysis, performance reviews, and consultation with department leaders • Design and implement effective training programs (technical, operational, and soft skills) • Facilitate workshops, on-the-job training, and induction programs for new employees • Develop training materials, manuals, and e-learning content where applicable • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, recommending improvements as needed • Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements • Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development
• Diploma or degree in Engineering, maintenance management or related scientific discipline • 5+ years of maintenance planning experience in manufacturing, production or related environment. • Sound knowledge of FMCG requirements in maintenance output. • Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration abilities • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to multitask and adapt to changes
Training & Development Specialist

Qualifications & Experience: • Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in training, learning & development, or a similar role • Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is an advantage • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills • Ability to design structured training programs and assess outcomes • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Packaging Mechanics
Key Responsibilities: • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair packaging machinery • Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime • Support continuous improvement initiatives in packaging efficiency • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements • Relevant trade qualification and certification • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar industrial/manufacturing environment • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and overtime when required
Process Mechanics
Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and service processing equipment • Identify and resolve mechanical issues impacting production • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance • Support production teams to achieve optimal plant performance
Requirements • Relevant trade qualification and certification • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar industrial/manufacturing environment • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and overtime when required
Electrician
Key Responsibilities: • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment • Diagnose faults and implement timely solutions • Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations • Assist in automation and control system improvements
Requirements • Relevant trade qualification and certification • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar industrial/manufacturing environment • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and overtime when required
HR Generalist
Key Responsibilities: • Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding • Maintain and update employee records and HR information systems • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures • Provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters • Coordinate training and development initiatives • Support performance management processes • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies • Assist with payroll coordination and employee benefits administration • Handle employee relations issues in a professional and confidential manner
Qualifications & Experience: • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a similar HR role • Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • High level of integrity and professionalism • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Adaptability in a fast-paced work environment

Auto Heavy & Light Mechanic
Key Responsibilities • Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on heavy and light vehicles. • Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults accurately. • Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime. • Repair engines, transmissions, braking systems, steering systems, and suspension components. • Maintain service records and report on vehicle conditions. • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies. • Assist in maintaining workshop cleanliness and organization.
Requirements & Qualifications • Trade Certificate in Automotive/Heavy Equipment Mechanics or equivalent qualification. • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience working with heavy and light vehicles. • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. • Knowledge of diesel and petrol engines. • Ability to work independently and within a team. • Good communication skills. • Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious. • Must be based in Lae or willing to relocate at own cost.
Fitter Machinist (3 Positions)
Key Responsibilities: • Carry out maintenance, repair and overhaul of production machinery and equipment • Diagnose mechanical faults and perform corrective actions • Fabricate, assemble, install and align mechanical components • Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime • Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards
Requirements: •Trade qualification in Fitting & Machining or equivalent •Minimum 3 years’ experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment •Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals •Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail •Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
